About this event

Nonprofit organizations’ work can take a variety of formal structures, ranging from affiliations and networks all the way to formal mergers. This spectrum of options, collectively called “sustained collaborations,” has become an increasingly important tool for amplifying impact and increasing organizational sustainability. We will deep dive on the topic of sustained collaboration, including the different forms collaboration can take, when and why to consider these opportunities (including organizational, client, and community benefits), how to assess your organization’s readiness, and steps to take to begin exploring the process.

Presenter: Lindsay Kijewski is Manager SeaChange-Lodestar Fund for Nonprofit Collaboration, a national fund supporting nonprofits exploring or implementing sustained collaboration work. At SeaChange Capital Partners, she works with the Greater Philadelphia Nonprofit Repositioning Fund and SeaChange’s field-building initiatives, including the national Sustained Collaboration Network.
